Generative Artificial Intelligence and Legal Practice

RESCHEDULED: Tuesday, September 10, 2024. Join the Harvard Law School Alumni Association of the UK for a unique opportunity to explore the rapidly evolving landscape of generative AI in law.

On Tuesday, September 10, we'll gather at Sullivan & Cromwell's London offices (1 New Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1AN) to get a live demo of MIKE, a virtual paralegal, and hear from four expert speakers who are shaping the future of legal tech.

  • Mathias Strasser – HLS and S&C alumnus and founder of Scissero, a legal tech startup.
  • Farah Khatib – Product manager at Scissero, for MIKE, the virtual paralegal.
  • Martina Gavalec – Lawyer at CMS, specializing in the EU AI Act and its implications.
  • Presley Warner – Partner at S&C and Co-Head of S&C’s Artificial Intelligence Practice.

Following a brief demo of MIKE, the panel will engage in a thought-provoking discussion of the current state and future outlook for generative AI in law. Our experts will explore the latest trends in AI adoption, from implementation in law firms and clients to regulatory implications.

In addition, as always, the event will offer a chance to network with fellow HLS alumni and gain valuable insights into the future of legal technology.

Please RSVP to secure your spot at event!
